Dominic Black

Dominic is Director of Research Services at Cavell Group and is responsible for Cavell’s research output, which is focused on the cloud communications market, both from an enterprise, channel, service provider and vendor perspective. Dominic works across EMEA and North America delivering bespoke research and consulting projects for telecoms companies on their M&A strategy, product roadmaps, international expansion, vendor selection and go to market strategy as well as speaking at many industry events.

As well as running the research team, Dominic has run a number of consulting engagements with customers including RingCentral, Vonage, BT, Bouygues Telecom, Cisco, Destiny, Ribbon, Gamma, NFON, TalkTalk, EvolveIP and Mitel amongst any others.
